Seminar Speakers

Nathaniel and Donna Jennings

Nathaniel and Donna have been married 20 years this year (woo-hoo). We live in Belfast with Micah (age 16) and Tabitha (age 13). Our journey includes church planting and Christian development work in Bangladesh, various shapes of resourcing and connecting the church into effective Christian witness across UK & Ireland. Right now, Nathaniel leads OMF UK Intercultural Church and Donna is shaping some research into human personhood, church and mission in the western context. We love life when people, laughter and food come together, and one of us loves football (too much).

Jude Cairns

Jude is CEO of Love For Life.  Love For Life’s vision is: Every young person valuing themselves, relationships and sex in a thriving society.  Jude is passionate about equipping the church to discuss and share God's model for relationships and sexuality with wisdom and grace.  Married to Des, they have two “children”, Matthew (22) and Beth (19)

In an increasingly complicated world, which seems to be accelerating and changing all the time, the task of parenting can seem daunting.  The good news is that family is the strongest influence on our young people.  How can we create space for clarity and compassion as we step confidently into conversations about relationships and sex.  In this seminar we will consider how we can be people who share God’s better story at each age and stage with our children, encouraging them to build strong healthy relationships.
