Early bird tickets are available until 31st January 2026.
    - From 1st February all tickets will be full price.

  • Is there a family ticket available?

There is no family ticket but we offer a 10% discount for families in the same household with 3 or more children.

*This discount can be applied to early bird rates. Please contact us at info@nuafestival.com to receive your discount code before purchasing your tickets.

  • Do I need to sign a parental consent form for my kids?

Yes, each child will require a separate consent form.

  • Do I need a ticket for babies (0-2)?

Yes but the ticket is free and you are not required to sign a consent form.

  • How do I apply to volunteer?

Please click here to go to the volunteer page which has links to the volunteer application forms.

  • Can I apply to volunteer after purchasing my ticket?

We advise that you apply to volunteer first and then wait to receive the appropriate discount code.

*Please note that the volunteer discount code is off the full price ticket not off the early bird rates.

  • Are there non-camping options available?

Yes! You can choose to sort accommodation off-site. You will receive a band which will allow you to come on and off site at any time of the day

  • Can I buy a ticket for my pet?

Unfortunately your furry friends must stay home for this weekend. There is a strict no-animals policy on site unless it is an assistance/guide dog.

  • Can I get a refund on my ticket if I decide not to go to NUA?

We are unable to offer refunds after 30th April 2026.

  • Why do I have to pay a booking fee?

The booking fee goes to a third party which we use for ticketing and payments. NUA does not make a profit from these fees.
